I advise individuals and families on French inheritance matters, including wills, gifts, estate administration, heirship issues and the transmission of family wealth.
Cross-Border Estates
I advise on estates involving more than one jurisdiction, including heirs living abroad, assets in different countries, foreign trusts, wills and coordination with overseas professionals.
Family Property & Co-ownership
I advise owners and heirs on inherited or jointly owned family property, including title issues, division and sale, particularly where property is located in France or French Polynesia and owners live abroad.
Working with professional advisers
I also work alongside international law firms, executors, trustees, notaires, tax advisers and other private client professionals where a matter involves several jurisdictions or requires French-law advice.

Notarial background
Holder of the French notarial diploma from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University, with several years’ experience in notarial practice.
Inheritance law
Former university tutor in inheritance law at the University of Corsica.
Publications & legal work
Editorial coordination of the Civil Code applicable in French Polynesia and co-author of two articles published in La Semaine Juridique – JCP générale.
International practice
Working in French and English. STEP Member, currently undertaking STEP’s Cross-Border Estates programme.
