I advise on estates involving more than one jurisdiction, including heirs living abroad, assets in different countries, foreign trusts, wills and coordination with overseas professionals.
Family Property & Co-ownership
I advise owners and heirs on inherited or jointly owned family property, including title issues, division and sale, particularly where property is located in France or French Polynesia and owners live abroad.

Holder of the French notarial diploma from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University, with several years’ experience in notarial practice.

Former university tutor in inheritance law at the University of Corsica.

Editorial coordination of the Civil Code applicable in French Polynesia and co-author of two articles published in La Semaine Juridique – JCP générale.

Working in French and English. STEP Affiliate, currently undertaking STEP’s Cross-Border Estates programme.
